We’re a smaller, traditional dude ranch located in the heart of Wind River Country in Dubois, Wyoming. We’re surrounded by hundreds of thousands of acres of wildlife habitat, National Forest and Indian Reservation so outdoor recreational opportunities abound. We live and work as a family for the season, creating incredible memories for our guests and for ourselves!

This year our start date is May 18th and our end date is September 9th.

Duties

Responsible for the safety of guests and horses
Guide, teach and engage the guests while on the trail
Care for horses and equipment
Learn and understand horse safety program, riding program, barn and corral operations
Pitch in and help out as needed with other miscellaneous ranch jobs e.g.: children’s activities, maintenance, dishes, housekeeping etc.
CPR/First Aid certification required

Compensation includes a monthly salary, gratuities, end-of-season bonus, housing, and meals.
