Job #1: Wrangler

Come ride the Rockies! Who wouldn’t LOVE to be paid to ride horses? Wranglers must demonstrate good horsemanship skills on and off horseback and possess excellent communication skills. Our guests LOVE the wranglers and love a great conversation on a long ride through the mountains. Wranglers are responsible for leading trail rides, feeding, grooming and tacking the horses, jingling the 100+ herd in the mornings and fence and trail maintenance.

We seek “horse-people” who are on time, motivated, safety-minded, enthusiastic and great in a team setting. Wranglers must be able to stay through the entire season and Children’s Wranglers must be available until late August. Lodging and excellent food is included on top of hourly pay! Wranglers receive 2 days off each week so you’ll have plenty of time to enjoy the outdoors and adventures our area has to offer. Job #2: Maintenance

Also currently seeking a Lead Maintenance position and Maintenance Assistant for grounds and buildings on ranch.

Lead Maintenance position may include, but not limited to: maintaining vehicles, servicing equipment and repairing/maintaining ranch buildings and property. Must be able to operate equipment and general plumbing/electrical knowledge a huge bonus.

Assistant duties may include, but not limited to: maintaining grounds by cutting grass, weed-wacking, and watering flowers; maintaining pool/hot tub, small repairs and helping with larger repairs, helping with guest luggage, fixing fence, or anything needed to maintain ranch cleanliness or repairs.

Both of these positions also may help with the trap shooting, zip-line, hatchet throwing or feeding animals. Ability to operate a Bobcat is necessary for Lead position and helpful for assistants position.

We seek individuals who are self-motivated, have a positive attitude and willingness to learn, work great with others, will be friendly and outgoing with our guests and always ready to help where needed.

Salary DOE: Positions are paid hourly + overtime + bonus; housing and food provided. Management positions can be considered for salary.
