You must be physically fit and able to lift at least 50lb above your head with no issues on a regular basis, as well as be able to mount a horse from the ground. We prefer a mature applicant (21+) who has a good attitude, can work well with a team and communicate efficiently, and can work effectively when unsupervised.

We cannot accommodate pets and do not have family housing available. Compensation includes all meals, salary DOE, shared tips, free nights for personal guests to visit, and access to all ranch activities during time off. Work schedule will vary and typically includes weekends during the guest season.
