The Bar NI Ranch, a 37000 acre private guest ranch, in southern Colorado has an immediate opening for a wrangler. The position includes guiding ranch guests in a safe and friendly manner on trail rides, teaching lessons in the arena to riders of all levels of experience, starting and training young horses and other related tasks. This is not the typical seasonal wrangler position, as horse training is a major part of it. We are looking for a confident, calm rider that has previous experience starting and training horses using natural horsemanship methods. The position begins immediately and runs through mid-October.

Salary, tips, season end bonus, housing (shared -NO PETS PLEASE and we do not have family housing available) and meals.

All applicants must pass a background check before being hired.

Due to the nature of the job, we do require wranglers to be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver’s license.
