Caretaker to live at Guest Ranch during the winter months.
We would provide free housing & utilities in exchange for someone to be present and on-property 7-days a week. They need to live there & sleep there.
This person can have a day job, but would need to spend nights at the ranch and keep their eyes open for problems (i.e.: burst pipes, people curious about the ranch and driving up to “get information,” animals, etc …)
