Elder Ranch
Elder Ranch, a multi-generational family operation, is hiring for a Ranch Team Member. This is a full-time position, headquartered in Riverside, Oregon. The Ranch Team Member will be assisting in the everyday activities of the ranch, including but not limited to: cattle work, horse care, irrigating, fence mending, feeding livestock in the winter, farrier work, grazing plans/planning, general maintenance, and assuring the safety of fellow team members and livestock.
Elder Ranch achieves the profitable production and sale of beef cattle utilizing a low-input model and innovative approaches to breeding, feeding, grazing, and marketing. Integrity, honesty, and a passion for caring for God’s creations are of the utmost importance. Open mindedness and a willingness to try practices outside of the mainstream ranching philosophy are what Elder Ranch has thrived on and is looking for in a team member.
