R-Ranch at the Lake
R-Ranch at the Lake is accepting resumes with references for a full time, year round Stables Lead. Position requires strong leadership abilities to manage a team of 4-6 wranglers as well as a herd of 25+ horses. The ideal candidate will be an industry professional, with verifiable skills in equine care, team management, and a solid rider. Must be comfortable working with ownership and their guests from children to adults in a safe and encouraging environment.
Housing is available and will be negotiable with compensation for all hours worked. We would alternatively have rv spaces should you bring your own rv/camper. Couples may apply as we are hiring for other departments as well.
