Sun Valley Resort Stables is seeking a dedicated and skilled Stable Hand to join our team in the beautiful surroundings of Sun Valley, Idaho. Duties & Responsibilities:
- Move irrigation and clean irrigation ditches.
- Perform farm repairs and maintenance.
- Feed horses and manage their daily needs.
- Build and repair fences.
- Spread manure and maintain cleanliness.
- Contribute to all aspects of farm maintenance.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in operating various equipment such as tractors, skid steers, cement mixers, etc.
- Skill in using different tools like drills, saws, hammers, welders, etc.
- Basic understanding of livestock safety and needs.
- Proficient in fencing and repairs.
- Knowledge of driving teams is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Punctual, reliable, and possess a positive attitude.
- 1-2 years experience preferred.
