Boulder Lake Lodge
Boulder lake lodge is looking to hire a cook for the upcoming 2022 season. Ideal candidate will have prior experience in the restaurant business and be proficient in state and local food laws, ordinances, and guidelines.
Cook will be responsible for staff breakfast, lunches, dinners, guest meals, dishes, food prep, up-keeping safety and cleanliness measures as well as coordinating with necessary weight staff .
They will be ordering through US foods as well as maintaining the dining with the help of waitstaff.
Housing is provided, pay depends on experience and availability. The position requires a flexible person and someone that loves the outdoors and doesn’t mind peace and quiet.
1 to 2 days off a week. Season runs mid-May through late-September.
