Hello, Ranch, Farm, and Ag friends. My firm is recruiting for a Ranch Services and an Assistant Ranch Services Manager for the High Lonesome Ranch here in Mesa County, Colorado. This property is a beautiful 256,000-acre outfit, located in the heart of Western Colorado, with land across three counties.
These positions come with a fantastic salary and benefits package and could include on-site housing on the Ranch property.
Assistant Ranch Manager Overview:
This position will be responsible for assisting the Ranch Services Manager in their coordination of the
administrative operations of The High Lonesome Ranch Property, located north of DeBeque Colorado. It
is imperative that a successful candidate possess a self-motivated work ethic, be highly organized and
possess outstanding computer skills.
This position will be accountable for achieving budgeted revenues/profits, while maintaining the
operational and service standards prescribed by The High Lonesome Ranch ownership, managing
members/Board, General Manager and Ranch Services Manager.
Ranch Services Manager overview:
Ranch Services Manager will be responsible for directing the Guest Service operations and overseeing the
administrative operations of The High Lonesome Ranch Property, located north of Grand Junction
Colorado.
This position will focus on the development and execution of new business opportunities and all parts of
Ranch Administration including, but not limited to, the management of human resources, sales,
marketing, accounting, and the overall management of full time, part time, and seasonal staff as they
relate to the Guest Services operations and general administration of the property. It is imperative that a
successful candidate possess a self-motivated work ethic. This position will be accountable for achieving
budgeted revenues/profits, while maintaining the operational and service standards prescribed by The
High Lonesome Ranch ownership, managing members/Board and General Manager.
