30,000 acre ranch in scenic Big Bend region is seeking a capable Ranch Manager. Candidates will have conversational Spanish skills (fluency preferred) and several years of responsibility in challenging ranch roles. Required experience includes crew supervision, cattle care, heavy equipment operation/maintenance, and maintenance of roads and fences. Additional requirements include range management and limited guiding of bird and deer hunts. Alfalfa production and harvesting experience strongly preferred. Job opportunities are available for a spouse depending upon skills. On-site housing, company vehicle, and medical benefits are provided.
