We are looking for an individual or energetic couple to manage daily operations of a rustic dude ranch in West Yellowstone, MT. Parade Rest Guest Ranch has been in operation since 1935 and has many family generations returning for over 50 years. Located in the Hebgen Lake area just outside Yellowstone National Park, Parade Rest Ranch affords the ultimate dude ranch experience with lodging accommodations in authentic 50-100yr old cabins with modern amenities.

This position includes management of the front office/personnel, dining room/kitchen operations, cabin/grounds maintenance, all hospitality and guest services. The hands-on owner helps manage the trail ride/horse side of the operation but knowledge of horses and cattle is very helpful.

An ideal setup would have one individual covering the admin/front office and kitchen operations and the other covering ranch maintenance and all outside operations. Experience in office administration, excellent phone/customer service skills, kitchen/lodging operations, and contractor/handyman skills required. Proficiency in all aspects of cabin/building maintenance including electrical, plumbing, log cabin, and wood heating sources is required as well.

Dude ranch operations run seasonally from first of May to middle of October while sleigh rides operate through the winter as the snow/season allows. Ideally this couple would be able to handle the limited kitchen/dining room operations for the winter sleigh ride season.

Job includes a nice remodeled house (1BR, only suitable for individual or couple) to live in year round, meals are provided and company truck.
