Large, private family ranch seeking full-time, ranch manager. Housing provided.

Responsibilities include: maintenance of extended hiking/ atv trail system; erosion and weed control; tree clearing, etc; pasture health management; reclamation from noxious and invasive weeds, clearing brush and invasive thickets; maintenance of several fishponds. Oversight of future construction – barn, homestead and cabins and maintenance.

Experience with horse care and animal husbandry and interest in land conservation and creating a healthy wildlife habitat a must. Some knowledge of fruit/ nut tree care a plus.

Must be proficient in operating large commercial equipment. Must be personable and have a clean record.

Couples welcome. No young children please.
