Large family owned desert cow/calf ranch in NM looking to fill an IMMEDIATE position.
We are looking for someone that is hands on and highly motivated to oversee all aspects of ranch operations. Owners are in and out half of the year so you must be self sufficient, highly motivated and a good communicator, reporting to the owner.
Herd health and general mechanic skills required. Performance based bonuses available.
This is a working ranch and experience is required. No greenhorns.
This is a long term position, current manager is moving on to start their own training operation and available for questions or references regarding the ranch reputation and family ownership.
