3,000 acres, good water. Black Angus operation (Cow, Calf) with tilled forage for grazing.

Need to be able to fix equipment, fence, exercise good common sense for taking care of business.

On the herd side be able to speak about protein, TDN, and forage budgets.

Knowledgable about bovine health and optimize business decisions for profit. On the forage side, knowledge about no till forage grasses and successfully put up hay requirements for herd size.
