The Ranch at UCross
The Ranch at UCross is seeking a full-time, live-in couple/team to operate our guest ranch in Clearmont, Wyoming. The ranch caters to motor coach tour groups from May to October and special events the remainder of the year. We require hands-on managers with experience in hospitality, reservations/office skills, cooking, housekeeping, building maintenance, horses, irrigation, mechanical/equipment operation and maintenance. Experience in ranching and hospitality required. Experience managing a guest ranch, lodge or event center is ideal. Must be able to pass pre-employment background/motor vehicle screening. The team salary range is $100,000-$125,000, housing onsite, health/dental/vision insurance, paid time off, and meals provided in the summer.
