Beautiful 5,000 acre recreational dude ranch in New Mexico looking for experienced Ranch Manager Couple to manage ranch.

Responsibilities includes:

  • Develop and maintain a suitable dude horse pool for partners.
  • Maintain property, road and fences, water system or hire help where needed.
  • Ready to host rides, hikes, fishing on the property and deliver authentic experience.
  • Computer skills and communication important.

Must have a focus on the hospitality aspects of hosting partners, making sure partner house is clean and ready, lite shopping for provisions.

Salary plus bonus, 401K match, health insurance allowance and use of nice ranch manager's house plus utilities.

Use of ranch vehicle and boarding for your horses. Resume and references required.
