The Hideout Lodge & Guest Ranch
Would you like to live at the foot of the Bighorn Mountains and work outside in ever changing locations? The Hideout is looking for a seasonal laborer/irrigator/maintenance employee. This position will run from mid-March through the first of November. Please apply only if you can stay the entire season. This position also has the potential to be a multi-year position for the right applicant.
Candidates must have the following skills:
1. Ability to Multitask
2. Energetic, positive and team oriented
3. Ability to do physical labor and work odd hours if necessary
4. Ability to work on your own as well as in a team
5. Able to be humble, learn new skills and take instructions
Some of the tasks required will be building and repairing fence, all aspects of landscaping, spraying weeds, assisting with haying, irrigation, operating large and small equipment in a safe and responsible manner without damaging equipment, general clean up, demolition, light construction and a variety of other maintenance tasks.
