MUST LOVE HORSES

Irrigation – 50 acres, 4' wheel lines and hand lines. (Irrigate from Mid-May-September). Must know farm equipment.

Excellent Horse knowledge required, care for elderly horses (no riding), feeding (grain feeding older horses) brushing, tender loving care. Must be highly observant of horse behavior to watch for signs of sickness. (Vet and Farrier on call for urgent needs for the horses). 27 horses on property at this time, 10 rescue cows.

Winter feeding and watering for horses, general maintenance of landscape, maintenance of homestead, fence repair when needed.

Assistance with haying

Year round living quarters available to include utilities. (WiFi included) no land line.

No personal livestock will be permitted. Dogs and Cats and one personal Horse acceptable.
