Seeking ranch hand or couple to manage property including guiding hunts, maintaining ranch, and basic maintenance repairs of property.
Seeking the following skills:
Ranch Maintenance
- High fence and low fence surveillance and maintenance
- Varmint control
- Road and property maintenance
- Feeder management
- Grounds keeping
- Pool upkeep
- Equipment operation (tractor, skid steer, dump truck, excavator, bulldozer)
- Plowing/planting
- Blind maintenance
- Lake maintenance
Skills Preferred
- Basic experience with carpentry, HVAC, electrical, plumbing
- Welding experience
- Mechanical and equipment maintenance and upkeep
Hunting Needs:
- Guiding (whitetail, exotics) and turkey, duck, and dove hunting and fishing
- Animal gutting, skinning, quartering, De-boning, caping
- Weapon safety and range management
- Population census/tracking
- Customer service
