Ranch hand needed at a large sheep and cattle operation 15 miles south of Big Spring, TX
Duties include:
- Ranch maintenance
- Basic knowledge of repairing fence, windmills, water lines, water troughs, pick-ups and trailers
- Welding gates, pipe, and various ranch structures
- Operating and maintaining heavy equipment (excavator and tractor)
- Grounds maintenance (mowing, weed-eating, cleaning out barns, etc)
- Working cattle and sheep (if you are looking for a full-time cowboy work, this job isn’t for you!)
We provide a 3/2 house with a fenced in yard with all utilities included (electric, water, wifi, phone land line)
We will allow one outside dog and up to two broken gelding horses
A driver’s license is required and applicants must pass a back ground check and drug test
