J&J Cattle
At J&J Cattle we precondition large numbers of light weight, high risk calves that are mainly purchased from local sale barns. Duties will mainly include checking and doctoring sick cattle, working cattle, feeding and other ranch jobs as needed. Our cattle are in small traps and all our employees currently use four wheelers to do all cattle work. We do allow you to use a horse but there will be some four wheeler work.
We have an excellent team of guys that work together well and need very little direction. We are seeking someone looking for long term employment that can fall right in with our current employees. Experience with doctoring cattle is preferred.
With new cattle arriving daily this is a fast paced job and so our employees must be highly motivated. We know and understand the importance of family and we do our best to get everyone off work at a decent time each day. This is a 5 1/2 day a week job. Half day on Saturday and Sundays off.
