Cow-calf and seed stock operation looking for a responsible, dependable, motivated ranch hand for all aspects of farming and ranching–not limited to calving, planting and harvesting, machine operation, maintenance, and repair, welding and fabrication, fencing, and working and feeding livestock. Hours and work detail vary throughout the year depending on the season.
Would like to find someone permanent who takes pride in himself, his family, and his working environment, who has the capability to work unsupervised when owner is absent. Must be able to manage other employees when needed. Must have a current driver’s license and a clean record; CDL is a plus. References needed.
Monthly salary dependent upon experience; possible increase after reliability and workmanship has been established. Housing options, vacation time, and beef maybe offered to the right candidate.
