Private horse ranch in San Luis Obispo, California housing a maximum of 10 horses. In need of a ranch hand to do general maintenance and horse care.
6 day work week. Horse work includes mucking stalls, feeding, lunging and hand walking. Turning out and bringing in horses.
Ground maintenance includes weed clearance, minor repairs, maintenance of riding arenas, round pen, turn outs, and pasture.
Experience with tractor and harrow would be helpful. Loading, unloading and stacking of hay bales, horse feed bags, shavings, general supplies and construction supplies.
Must speak English, and legal to work in U.S. Applicant must be at least 18 years of age.
Salary shall be commensurate with experience. Only experience need apply. Possible small housing for single or couple.
