ISO hard working individual for a ranch hand position on a large southern Colorado working ranch. This position will work directly with the ranch manager to care for cattle, horses, equipment and infrastructure.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Feeding cattle
  • Calving cows and heifers
  • Fixing and building fence
  • Water line maintenance
  • Prowling cattle
  • Putting up some hay
  • Equipment maintenance
  • General ranch maintenance
  • Working with green horses
  • Helping out when needed at our other location

Horseback experience is preferred, general mechanical skills are a plus. Most importantly we are looking for someone to show up with a good attitude and a willingness to work no matter the circumstance.
