Bali Family Farm
Ranch hand/ Farm hand needed in Llano, Texas. We are a family-run 65 acre ranch looking for someone full-time to help with various duties. Bali Family Farm is committed to a homestead/regenerative style of ranching that takes into account an understanding of the land’s natural resources with a priority of building soil health and using animals to do so. Our goal is to work in harmony with nature to produce healthy food for our community.
DUTIES: We raise pasture-raised pigs, sheep, chicken, turkeys, ducks and soon cattle too. Looking for someone who can help with fencing, work on our irrigation system, build small structures, work in fruit and nut orchard, animals feeds and care, move animals for rotational grazing, help with our market garden and more. Gain great experience and exposure to regenerative agriculture!
Our mission is to build a healthier environment and produce healthier food, using regenerative agricultural methods. An inquisitive mind, good work ethic, and commitment to our mission is important. We are happy to teach regenerative agricultural methods, no previous experience required.
