Farm and Ranch operation is looking for a full-time, long term person with experience but will train if required.

Tasks include but not limited to:

  • Operating a tractor: haying and dry land farming
  • Operating a sprayer
  • Operating a combine
  • Operating a tractor and grain drill
  • Drive semi-trailers (CDL required)
  • Basic mechanical repairs and servicing of equipment
  • Repairing or install fence
  • Feeding cattle with tractor and processor (large square or round bale)
  • Moving cattle on horseback or ATV
  • General cattle work
  • Calving assistance if needed
  • Other duties

Work Criteria

  • Six days a week, averaging 10 hour a day depending on the season.
  • Be fit and ready for work on time.
  • Leave drama at home.

Housing

  • Bunkhouse available.
  • Must be kept clean and subject to inspection.
  • No drugs
  • Pets subject to approval. If approved, pets must be tied up when unattended. They must not be a nuisance to cattle.

Requirements

  • Pass drug test.
  • Background check.
  • Must have a personal use vehicle.
  • Physically fit
  • Good work ethic with willingness to conduct tasks in the manner the owner requests.
