Hands-on Facilities Manager needed at Private Equestrian and Exotic animal facility.
No two days are the same at this facility so flexibility with a can do attitude is a must!
We are hopeful to find the right fit who is aware and energetic with the understanding this is a working ranch with hundreds of animals and over 20 support personnel. We have great clientele and take care of them and our staff.
Although this is not an animal care job it is everyone’s primary responsibility to keep the animals safe and healthy at all times.
We are searching for a well-rounded and experienced Facilities Manager in the fields of:
- Welding
- General fabrication
- Construction
- Plumbing
- High and low voltage
- A/C Maintenance and repair
- Vehicle / UTV maintenance and repair
- Large and small equipment repair and maintenance
- Landscape
- Irrigation and pumps
- Hardscape
- Ranch work
- Programmable systems such as security, gates, controllers
- Cleaning
- Culture of cleanliness and ownership of your job
- Organization
- Class A driver’s license
- Speaking Spanish is a plus
Compensation is based upon experience
