Love of the outdoors, willingness to work in all weather conditions, including cold, heat and rain
Reliable attendance and ability to work weekends or evenings when necessary
Ability to work independently and be proactive with every day needs; Bilingual a PLUS (Spanish)
Communication skills including ability to communicate orally and in writing
18 years or older

Salary based on experience
Responsibilities include:
• Maintenance of household and property
o Household / housekeeping
o Gardening
o Cooking
o Laundry
o Shopping
• Manage Livestock
• Feed, care, handling, and sales of cattle (approx. 50)
• Feeding, grooming and working with horses (2)
• Horse training a plus
• Feeding, grooming and working with dogs (4)
• Feeding other animals such as goats (3-10), chickens (10-20), cats, etc.
• Fence repair and maintenance
• Cut, rake and bale hay
• Mowing the pastures and yard around the home
• To include seeding, weed eating and tree trimming
• Maintaining ponds (3)
• Keeping the barn and outbuildings neat and organized
• Service and maintain vehicles
• Welding
• Safe use of Tractor / other farm equipment operation
