The job includes preparing meals for groups of two to twenty. Most groups visit High Lonesome Ranch to fly fish, so a typical day for a chef includes preparing breakfast, packing sack lunches to take on the river, and dinner. When there are no guests scheduled, the chef will have miscellaneous duties assigned and free time.
