A-F Ranch
What we need: Prefer a couple with a stable income to live on our property and perform minor ranch duties and chores (usually less than an hour a day) year round on our ranch.
Work would include keeping an eye on our house and cattle. Maintaining your residence. Making sure the cattle have water (break up the ice in the trough in winter.
What we offer: Free rent (older 3 br 2 ba 16×80 mobile home). Well water is provided. You will pay other utilities. This is a long term position for the right candidate.
We are a very small operation and cannot afford to pay a salary.
