Small Ranch in Southwest Montana seeking an on-site caretaker/host. Reduced rent in a brand new 1,400ft sqft caretaker house.

We are looking for a person (or couple) to care for an outdoor cat and a small flock of sheep and a couple of cows, lawncare, snow removal, firewood cutting, occasional maintenance/repair, and serving as a point of contact for guests who are renting the main house should they require any assistance. Additional income opportunity for cleaning ranch house between rental guests.

Searching for someone trustworthy to care for the property while we are out of state.
