Person/couple needed to help maintain 360 acre property (mostly wooded). Property is used primarily as a weekend family retreat for hunting, hiking, etc.

Help is needed to maintain grounds including, grass-cutting, bush-hogging, road-grading, keeping trails clear, etc. Applicant must be experienced in use of farm implements, including tractor. No animals today, but may add in future.

Part-time work (10-20 hours per week) in return for free or near-free use of 8 year-old 2-bedroom ranch house with city water, heat, and A/C.
