Ranch Manager Position available.
As Ranch Manager you will represent the ranch in all work situations and be responsible for any and all tasks associated with the ranch, maintenance of improvements, and hunting/cattle operations.
Responsibilities will include performing all general maintenance of 1500 +/- acre private hunting ranch. Some duties include: operating farm equipment (disking and planting food plots, shredding, and blading roads), chemical and mechanical brush control, maintain ranch’s network of water lines and water troughs, maintaining fence lines, filling of wildlife feeders, guide hunts, lawn care and facility grounds maintenance and cooking, cleaning and general upkeep of Lodge and other buildings.
Qualifications:
Previous ranch experience: at least 1 year
Experience in operating and maintenance of tractors, implements and other heavy equipment, knowledge of water wells, booster pumps, repairing broken water lines, water troughs, basic carpentry, plumbing, mechanic and welding experience, managing whitetail deer and cattle.
Additionally, you should have the ability to handle multiple priorities; excellent administrative and organizational competencies; and, the ability to manage short deadlines and emergency situations.

Benefits:
This is a salaried full-time job (salary based is upon experience). Room and board provided. A ranch truck will be provided for use on property only. You will be expected to work 6 days a week, except you will be entitled to one (1) weekend off per month (except during hunting season) and you will have off for Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
