Responsibilities include:
- Maintenance on several properties
- Housekeeper
- Handyman
- Groundskeeper
- Comfortable around horse-daily feeding, monthly washing, trim hoofs.
- Operate a tractor-take off and on attachments-weekly mowing
- Operate a chainsaw and basic tools
- Brush cleaning-clearing and burning of downed branches
- Bob-wire fence-repair and put up
- Road maintenance with tractor
Weekly hours fluctuate 20 to 40 hours and room and board offered for the right candidate. Small salary.
Must Pass criminal background check .
