Looking for a couple to caretake my 15 acre ranch located in Kamuela on the Big Island of Hawaii. Position available on September 1, 2022 but I am somewhat flexible on that date.
Position includes the use of a high end one bedroom open concept, custom built guest house with all amenities (flat screen TV’s, AC, two fireplaces etc), all utilities included (electric, cable , water, wifi), the use of the ranch truck and some gas for work excursions included, and a salary.
Property has approx. 4 acres that needs to be mowed and maintained. Weeding, spraying, trimming, power washing and cleaning the main home once a week and surrounding buildings are among the things that will need to be done. Work week is four days.
In addition, two nights a week the dogs will need to be looked after as well as when owner is out of town (approx three weeks to four weeks a year).
