My wife and I are looking for a couple-friendly ranch that we both can work on.
26 years old. Both experienced in farm/ ranch/ labor and management.
Open to all geographical locations.
Housing preferred
Husband has experience with the following :
- Scraping pens with box scraper
- Driving manure with truck
- Working with cattle/ Hogs and Chickens
- Maintenance (Pens) duties such as welding, grinding, etc.
- Minor service of tractors, manure truck and loaders
- Cleaning of farm equipment and cattle pens & water buckets
- Assisting mechanic with fixing of broken machinery
- I can operate a tractor, loader, feeding truck and manure truck
- Ad-hoc general tasks on feedlot (i.e. cleaning of workshop, vacuuming vehicles and equipment, etc).
- Feeding Cattle, Hogs and Chickens
Wife has experience with the following;
- Chicken/ Cattle feeding
- Livestock handling
- Horse grooming/feeding
- Produce handling
- Always around the farm ! Willing to learn and work hard.
