Martin L.
I’m a teacher in NYC who wants to spend a month or two working with my hands in nature and learn new skills. I’d especially want to learn how to be a horse wrangler.
While I may live in NYC, I’m not a soft city slicker. I’m originally from California, the oldest of 7, and my father was a construction worker and a mechanic, so working hard and with my hands has never been an issue for me. I’ve lived in the Mojave desert and have hiked and camped for many years. I grew up with several dogs and am great with animals.
I realize many ranches are looking for more seasoned and experienced workers, but as much as I have a lot to learn, I believe I have a lot to offer. I’m looking for the right opportunity that will allow me to work hard and learn a lot.
