My name is Chase, I am 22 years old and currently live and grew up in Roy, Washington. I am working at Herc Rentals as an equipment mechanic and have been for 2 years now.
Before this I worked for 2 1/2 years at Tractor Supply as a Team Lead and worked at Murray Creek Ranch (small scale miniature cattle ranch) in Roy, Wa for about a year and a half while in high school.
Growing up my family had 10 acres and a few horses so most of my experience around livestock comes from that. I am very comfortable on horseback and have plenty of mechanical experience but lack skills in animal husbandry when it comes to livestock other than horses and chickens. I am a very quick and eager learner, also very easily self taught.
I love working in a team or by myself, either suits me fine. I have a girlfriend of 5 years and we plan to get married soon. I mention this because I am looking for a job that offers housing and will allow her to come along. We are very very clean and keep up our current place very well. My landlord can attest to that.
Our 12 year old dachshund mix Lucy will also have to tag along. Something long term would be best. Please give me a call if you’re interested! I look forward to hearing about some new opportunities!
