I am an experienced, responsible, mature individual seeking a ranch/farm/property caretaker opportunity within the western U.S. Ideal duties include but are not limited to: Care of horses and a variety of farm animals and pets, including routine and minor health/medical care, cleaning barns, pens, and cages, exercising horses, fence maintenance, landscaping, pruning, irrigation, basic building maintenance and upkeep, habitat restoration, and housekeeping. I am willing to learn to do other duties and projects, and I have a wide variety of experience that I can draw on as well! Ideally, I would prefer a position that includes housing. I would also strongly consider a seasonal position.
I have a four-year degree in Fisheries and Wildlife Science. I am very passionate about wildlife and love all animals in general. I have worked physically demanding, outdoor oriented positions all of my life. My background might also make me a good fit for duties related to non-lethal predator-livestock conflict management.
