Hi,

I’m Andrea. I’m 41 and I have twenty years of broad range of work experience. I’m currently located in Montana, but have spent a good part of the last 20 years in Colorado and consider that home. I’m seeking a position on a ranch or within an organization that would be a good fit for both of us. I take pride in taking exceptional care of properties and horses.

Here are some of the skills that may be of a benefit to your program:

Experience in luxury property management- routine property checks and prearrival/departure inspections primarily
Knowledgeable in and with the facilitation of wildlife-human conflict mitigation
Experience in wildland fire and structure protection
Enthusiastic cut flower gardener and landscaper with experience primarily in the high country
CPR/EMT certified
Experience with everything from dogsledding and trimming horses to plowing snow and pulling trailers
Wildlife/Habitat conservation minded with education in both
Facilitation of safe guest rides: horseback, wagons/sleighs, snowmobiles, etc
Assisted packing horses and mules in the backcountry
I excel in horse care roles while providing a high level of care: herd management, breeding programs, general care
I take pride in caring for equipment and facilities and try to minimize “breaking things”
Previous homeowner- I’ve facilitated a number of improvements alone and with contractor support
