Looking to relocate to the south or western USA spring 2024 to a laid back stress free ranch environment.
Retired 30 yrs law enforcement, 12 yrs Maine Judicial Officer.
Experience with compact to med large tractors, zero turns, skidsteer, snowmobiles, atv/sxs. snowplowing. (Own a RZR). Did hold at one time or another CDL-A, arborist license, and Maine MV Inspection license for cars and trucks.
Familiar with some construction, electrical, and plumbing. Comfortable with light to medium mechanical repairs and maintenance for various equipment. Have my own tools.
Bush hogging, road repair/maintenance, high fence and barb wire maintaining, deer feeders, blinds, predator/varmint control. Have my own assorted firearms and reload for same suitable from woodchucks to large feral hogs.
Strong communication skills, computer literate, and the Maine work ethic. Just so you know, being micromanaged does not work with me, collaborating does! Think of me as a fire and forget missile, just point me in the right direction and let me go!
Prefer to be within an hour or so of civilization and at least some cell coverage. Housing a plus for me and my dog, possibly my cat as well.
