Looking for an opportunity to take your Ranch / Estate to the next level based on extensive experience.

Job History: 25+ years as Operations/Facilities/ Hospitality Manager catering to HNW families and Corporate interests. Responsible for managing 11,000 acres of marsh and prairie, a 20-acre Main Campus site consisting of Eight Lodges (37 total private bedrooms and baths) each based on A. Hays Town Architecture; 5 stand skeet and sporting clays range, firearms range, stocked bass lake. A Main Campus Common Lodge with full commercial kitchen, commercial laundry, seating for 50, full bar, 500 bottle wine cellar, immersive a/v system for common area and dining/meeting room. Oversaw upgrading communications/data to total fiber with wireless mesh connectivity over the entire campus supported by a Sophos firewall system to secure private guest correspondence and implemented a Multi-camera security system with low light and infrared technology to secure the property.

Manage four direct reports: Housekeeping, Habitat, Maintenance, Food & Beverage, and the budgets for each – total employees consist of 28 contract guides (seasonal), four hourly workers, eight housekeeping staff, six waitstaff, and food service staff as well as a Chef.
Habitat setup and soft soil management for the property to support migratory waterfowl, deer, and hog hunting (28 duck blinds, 21 deer and hog stands and maintain grazing for cattle operation.

Worked as Site Manager overseeing several Multi-Million dollar expansion and infrastructure improvement projects both on-site (lodge construction) and in the marsh (water-control, agriculture)

Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office and QuickBooks Pro Accountant software.

  • New Holland 110Hp 4WD Agricultural Tractor
  • Bush Hog PTO-driven cutter
  • New Holland Attachments: Forks, Front End Loader, Post Drill
  • 450-600 HP Articulated Tractor – 8-wheeled (Versatile, John Deere, New Holland, Case)
  • Lawson Field Aerator
  • Experience with all manner of cultivation and planting attachments
