I’m looking for a job as a ranch hand, farm hand or wrangler for a guest ranch around the Kalispell area. Me and my girlfriend are moving there for her college in August and I need to help her with housing and bills etc. I won’t be able to work until mid August. I’m hard working and a fast learner and am willing to learn everything there is. I have experience in:
- Moving/sorting pairs and cows
- Calving
- Very little in doctoring calves
- Branding
- Roping(haven’t done much on horseback though)
- Working horses in round pin
- I’m moderate horsemanship
- Laying pipe
- I have no experience haying or running any equipment as no one around here wanted to teach me. I’ve heard it’s not hard to understand though
I have my CPR and Wilderness First Aid certificate and I also have knowledge in horse shoeing
