Codi M.
We are a reliable and willing young couple ready to work for you long term. With a few years under our belt working on several ranches, we feel we are ready for more responsibility with a permanent position.
We enjoy all facets of ranch work. We both thoroughly enjoy working with cattle in a gentle and patient way. While mechanic work is not our strong suit, Tyler is capable of most basic maintenance and is willing to learn more. We have two reliable vehicles, a 2012 Ford F-250 and a 2014 Jeep Patriot, along with a 20ft stock trailer.
We have 3 geldings, two of which are working ranch horses while one is retired to light riding only. We also have 4 barn cats and 6 dogs. Our current living situation on the US/Mexico border dictated having several guard dogs on the compound due to two legged passers-by. Our dogs are well-behaved and excellent guardians. They are currently inside/outside dogs, but can be full time outside dogs.
It is an exciting time for us as we search for a live-in position that will last many years. We are looking to be fully committed and a part of a team. We are hard-working and ready to take on our next job with vigor and excellence.
General skills and abilities include the following:
- Horsemanship (training and using to work cattle)
- Cattle (cow/calf operations and general care)
- Operating machinery (tractors, skid-steers, etc.)
- Fencing
- Minor mechanical (mostly regular maintained)

- Equine and bovine shots and some veterinary knowledge
- Hunting ranch/guide experience
- Guest ranch/trail rides experience
- Fishing guide experience (conventional and fly tackle)

Non-smokers, non-drinkers, no kids.
Willing to relocate most places. (TX, NM, AZ, CO, WY, MT, ID, SD, ND, NE, MO, UT, NV, TN, KY)
You can contact us via email for a full resume, or call provided phone number. We do not have service where we currently live, but do have WiFi calling. However, it is spotty, so if I do not answer, please leave a voicemail or send a text.
Thank you for your time!
