Howdy,
My name is C.T., and I have been a professional cook for the better part of a decade. I have done every job in the kitchen from washing dishes, prep and working the line to managing a staff and running kitchens. I have also worked across the country, in every kind of establishment, from Michelin Star restaurants in California to pizza buffets and burger shacks in rural Virginia.
I recently moved to Cheyenne Wyoming and have found myself in a unique situation where I am free to travel and can leave at a moment’s notice. At almost 40 years old I want to take this opportunity to try something different and adventurous, whether that be cooking at a dude ranch, being a trail cook, or working in a luxury resort somewhere. Though I do prefer working with smaller operations rather than corporations, because of the personal touch available for guests, I am open to any and all possibilities.
I do not have any equestrian or ranch experience but I love hard work and being outdoors! Through my travels across the US I have experienced more than I could have imagined and found that cooking is cooking, people are people and great service is great service. I pride myself in my work ethic and my ability to learn and adapt to new situations and surroundings while providing the best food and experience for diners I can.
