Looking for a farm or ranch in Wyoming, Montana, North or South Dakota who needs an honest farm and factory trained mechanic to make sure their equipment is ready and reliable who can also build a fence, use the equipment and keep things moving on.
I grew up in the small farm life and went on to open my own shop, ended up in Florida doing work in golf courses being 1 of 2 tech specialist for the state for Textron which owned Jacobsen, Dixie Chopper, Cushman and EZGO. As a specialist I was required to do final assembly, maintenance and repairs to those large equipment plus, Toro, Deweese, Toro, John Deere, CAT, Ventrac and multiple others. Along with these I maintained my certifications from Briggs, Kohler, Kawasaki, Honda, Stihl, Echo and other small engines.
My experience runs deep in equipment such as manure spreaders, bush hogs and other equipment. I am not a certified welder but I can make 2 pieces of steel make one. My diesel experience runs from Cat, Perkins, Yanmar, John Deere, Kubota(main engine on large Jacobsen golf course and city equipment). When I came back to Kentucky from Florida I managed a 150 acre hunter/jumper horse farm that had indoor and outdoor arenas which we had 70 horses with boarders. Not to mention a bed and breakfast, wedding venue, fishing club which I was responsible for as well. So after all the work is done I am pretty good with customers. It has been a little while but I can saddle a horse and ride a fence row or assist in moving livestock as well.
Owned my own company for years which included mobile and small shop work for about 18 horse and cattle farms in Kentucky and since my child is grown and moved it is my time I do something I want.
I want to arrive at a ranch and get up to things that need to be done and work until they are done but in one of the places I listed.
I had a seat belt ticket in 2018 in Florida and before that I had a speeding ticket when I was 19.. Other than those nothing. No drugs or bad record.
