Husband and Wife seeking a team job as caretaker, or manager, for a lodge, ranch, private or corporate property, or second/third home to oversee the comfort and care, of the property owners. Manage contractor/vendor relations, operations, property assets, and resources. Mickey grew up on families farm in Portland Tennessee and helped work/manage his father’s row crop and livestock farm. He’s prior military, worked as a successful regional supervisor, (with 14 retail stores with over 100 employees) responsible as a customer service leader, responsible for training, security, safety, and has worked in the production, hospitality industry with booths at the NFR, and started and produced a Successful TV show on RFDTV (cowboy shopping network). His servant’s heart and an eye for customer service will represent leadership’s vision well.
He has experience in fire fighting & dignitary protection, security & risk management, vendor management, leadership, teamwork, training, and project management. He is a problem solver with basic maintenance and facilities management skills and is always willing to learn more. He has volunteered with Feed The Children as an organizer, crowd control, security, with food drops all over the United States Lena has been with her present company, (Fiesta Foods) 37 years and has held many positions, as a front end manager, customer service, back door receiver, trainer, meat dept, lost prevention, security.
Presently managing a Quarter horse breeding farm for 9 years, and training barrel horses, have 45 brood mares and recips under my care and supervision, handling all parts of the program, foaling, assisting vet, and minor vet work myself, record keeping, sales, ready for a new challenge.
She’s worked successfully in that space for over 37 years while also managing her home cleaning business. She loves interior decorating, her flowerbeds and plants.
We are a loyal, strategic, and submitted couple who’ve been together over 13 years and married for over 7 years. We love the cowboy culture, and helping others. We have years of experience serving and helping in many capacities in our church and as mentioned above. We are seeking to relocate to a slower pace but with new new and exciting challenges immediately. We have professional, and life experiences few people have. Those experiences allow us to see opportunities and challenges with a different level of anticipation, wisdom, and expertise. We’re looking for an owner/operator we can connect with to grow their vision. We’re seeking a long-term opportunity at a tourist or resort area or an individual ranch property, with housing provided.
