Good day,
I am currently an experienced farm hand in his 20’s who is looking for a new opportunity. I currently work/live at a 30+ horse farm who feeds and cares for them. I also have much experience in farm maintenance, like building fences and keeping the property flowing. I work 6 days a week from sun rise to sun set, although its hard work I enjoy the lifestyle as it brings me closer to my dream. Previously I worked at a small private farm that had horses as well as alpacas, donkeys and miniature ponies. While working there I spent extra time working at the local Tractor Supply Company which allowed me to learn and get my foot into the ranching/farm world. I have become successful at handling physically demanding work and keeping equipment operational with regular maintenance.
I am looking for a ranch hand or farm manager position with housing anywhere in the US, preferably on the East Coast close to Maryland which is where I currently reside. I have experience driving tractors, dragging fields and have become confident around large animals. I have no preference on the type of farm for I deeply enjoy the hard work and lifestyle that comes with the job.
I have small experience riding horses, though it has been a long time ago I would be more than willing to start riding again. I am a quick learner and a hard worker from what my coworkers and past/current employers have stated.
