I am an experienced cook/kitchen manager with 15 years in the kitchen industry, seeking a year-round or seasonal position at a ranch, lodge, or similar setting with employee housing provided. I have extensive experience in buffet-style service and specialize in Southern comfort food, with the ability to elevate dishes to an upscale comfort food level.

I excel in menu planning and execution, and I enjoy creating hearty, satisfying meals for hardworking teams in an Employee Dining Room setting. While I am not limited to EDR environments, I appreciate the camaraderie and consistency they provide.
